Had two experiences here. First time, was in a jam and ordered a slice of cheese pizza and asked to heat it up. Pizza was old, tasted like cardboard. They may as well abandon the by the slice offering if they are not even gonna try. People who work there are super nice and service is good. Second visit, ordered cheese burger sub. This was a good solid sub. Was fresh and hot. If you stick to fresh off the grill at this place, it's a solid spot.

Hair in my food. More than once. Pretty concerning when I see that other reviews experienced hair in their food too. Unsanitary!

Just to let you guys know I'm now I am a food critic that travels the whole United States trying out different food places and I ordered tonight Romanzza Pizzeria in Quincy Massachusetts the delivery guy comes into my room why I told them hold on for a minute why I was using the bathroom the food it is very dry very undercooked chicken the broccoli I got is very hard there's barely any sauce in it too much garlic and hair in my food in the garlic bread that my meal comes with so my input on this is never to order from them again if you have not ordered from them you guys are better off not ordering from them I rate this if 10 was the best and one of the worst I rate this -50

UPDATE: So after escalating this to the State Attorney Generals office, I was put in contact with the Massachusetts consumer action center, and they handled the situation. I got my money back, finally. Ordinarily I'd have let this go, but because the owners accused me of lying and stealing, I saw no other adequate choices.

These people are pathetic, can't run a business when there is glass in people's food, and can't act civilized or even take responsibility for their own mistakes! I've spend more than 200 bucks in one week on take out and this is what I get, GLASS IN AN ITALIAN SUB, YOU GUYS SHOULD CLOSE , ! I'M TAKING THIS NOT ONLY ON YELP BUT ALL THE LOCAL PAGES AS WELL!
